In order to use the Living Awareness website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

When someone visits we make use of the third party services such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, AddThis (non-exhaustive list) to collect information and details of visitor behaviour patterns in order to enhance the visitor experience with more meaningful content, for our own statistics and to show you relevant ads on social media. 

The collected information which are passed from your browser to the aforementioned services are:

People who contact us through our website contact forms

When someone contacts us via the contact forms found on our site, we collect their name and e-mail address along with an inquiry message. This information is collected in order to be able to communicate with the visitor in regards to their inquiry. This information is immediately forwarded and stored only by through Outlook.

People who subscribe to our newsletter

We use a third party provider, Active Campaign, to deliver our newsletter to our subscribers.

In order to make this possible, we collect the newsletter subscriber’s real name as well their email address and we keep them stored for as long as the newsletter user remains subscribed. Every newsletter sent will also contain unsubscribe instructions by default.

We also gather statistics on email views and clicks using industry standard technologies, including tracking pixels to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.

We manage our social media interactions ourselves. If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will not be shared with any other organisations.

Living Awareness Security Policy

Living Awareness uses the PayPal Gateway. It also uses the Stripe Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions for thousands of merchants worldwide, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online transactions performed on this site using PayPal and the Stripe gateway are secured payments.

Delivery Policy

Physical Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 7-10 working days; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This general refund & returns policy does not apply where we have given specific details of refunds or returns policy for specific events, programs, products or goods. This refund policy also does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

All products must be returned to their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Living Awareness will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
