Let your energy flow

As you most likely know, everything is energy! All the events that occur in our lives and the lives of others are interactions of energy. Our entire experience is made possible because of the fluctuations of this great field of energy we call life.

The part of this energy that we have come to know as ourselves is often vibrating at different levels. Our whole mental state is in fact influenced by the different frequencies of our brain wave activity. And, in turn, our choice of focus also influences the levels at which we vibrate. The higher we are vibrating the more we are connecting with our true source, which is no less than unconditional love, abundance and wholeness. At the lower levels we vibrate with fear and confined perceptions such as lack.

When we are vibrating at a high level our sense of the world is good. When we are not it generates negative perceptions and experiences. Most negative experiences have come about because we have let our energy drop to a lower level.

Albert Einstein famously stated:

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

The level of energy you adopt will determine the results and outcomes of the events of your life. The higher your store of energy the more positive the outcome will be.

The good news is you can increase your energy levels. Thoughts of love and gratitude are the most powerful –both effective and fast. We can literally create an incredible life experience just by concentrating on feeling love and gratitude.

And, as is well proven, meditation serves by adjusting our brain waves contributing to greater health and higher levels physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. And it allows us to access the unified field of consciousness.

When we are feeling fear, depression, or even just lethargy this is a sign we are focusing on lower levels and as a consequence depleting our energy levels. This is why it is so important to constantly monitor your energy and always replenish it with meditation and thoughts of love and gratitude especially when feeling low.

Unfortunately most people are not aware of energy levels but still feel their effects, especially the effects of their energy interaction with others. It is important to recognise that energy is always being exchanged –particularly with others. You can use your energy to either add to or detract from another person’s energy.

One of the signs of the ego’s energy is unknowingly competing with another for a more superior state of energy.

When you feel the need to be right and to get the upper hand you are, in a sense, stealing energy. While this may temporarily increase your energy level, it is only small and temporary. This sort of energy is nowhere near as powerful or sustainable as concentrating on feelings of love and gratitude. Plus you also drain the energy level of another individual and perpetuate the cycle of lower frequencies.

Many of our conflicts are because we perceive lack. This lack causes us to look for many various ways to gain energy, yet unfortunately results in more deeply established patterns of lower frequencies –which affirms the belief of lack –which results in feedback loops of the same low vibrations of thought and behaviour.

When we become aware that we live in an abundant universe in which we are absolutely connected to everything we begin to open to even higher levels of energy –accessing greater levels of potential in every area of our life. We literally become energized!

Be aware of your energy levels. Don’t let them drop. Replenish yourself with meditation and thoughts of love and gratitude and you will realise that you are indeed the energy flow of the whole universe. In Loving Oneness
