There are three types of disconnection that can contribute to us experiencing disease. Firstly, disconnection from the aspect of our self that is Pure Awareness. Secondly, disconnection from nature. And thirdly, disconnection from each other. If we journey through life ‘disconnected’ from these key aspects of life, we will be more prone to accumulate stress, experience internal discord, and negative thought patterns.
