Frequently Asked Questions
How does the streaming of live events work?
Firstly you need to register by clicking on the above link. Then follow the instructions from the email you will receive. On the evening, about 5 minutes before the Satsang/Meditation is due to begin, click on the link on your confirmation email. We ask you connect a little bit before to ensure that you have time for your computer connect. When you are connected you will see an image on your computer screen. At this time you may not hear any words, you will just see the image.
At about 7.30pm we begin with an introduction of what is happening at Living Awareness, this can take up to 5-10 minutes. Isira then joins us at about 7.40pm. When she comes into the room she spends time silently connecting with everyone (including you on line). Again this can take up to 10 minutes. So you may not hear Isira speaking until about 7.55pm or 8pm. This is a good opportunity to sit and meditate.
At the end of Satsang/Meditation Isira often opens up the forum for questions. If you have any questions to ask during the Satsang/Meditation, type it in the box provided and we will read it on your behalf. (Note: You may need to click on the little red arrow at the top right hand side of your screen to see the questions panel).

Testing the Sound around 7.20pm
As this is new technology, we are learning each time we stream a live Satsang/Meditation via the web. Rest assured the Satsang/Meditation will be made available, as part of your membership, as an audio download in the future.
To clearly hear Isira it is important that you check your sound beforehand. Just come online around 7.20pm. Sometimes we may even ask you to help us check that we transmitting clearly for you.
After this, if you are experiencing sound problems ie dropping in and out etc you may need to check your broadband internet system, as some systems are more robust than others. (eg cable works better than wireless).
Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to your comments and questions about Webinar sound during Isira’s Satsang (ie between 7.30pm and 9pm). However we do see your comments to help us to take action if possible.
